Tastefully decorated with sparkling ceiling lights and velour sofas, you’ll feel completely at home and enjoy the little bit of luxury sprinkled on top. With manicured communal gardens wrapping around the building, enjoy your morning coffee taking in their green beauty from the private patio as the sun rises overhead. Our favourite feature is the striking clock tower perched above the building, as another reminder of this home’s past. Set over three storeys, you’ll find a wonderful open-plan living area on the middle floor – simply perfect for a little sociable downtime with loved ones and with sea views from every window in this home, you are in for a real treat. Just a stone's throw away from the coastal promenade, for an evening out you can stroll into Deal and take your pick of seafront restaurants or quaint pubs, if you fancy a night off chef duties. You’ll rest easy as you close your eyes at night, with comfortable and classy bedrooms and a mind full of lovely memories from your day.

This home is spread over three floors, with no internal lift – for those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here, although the living area and kitchen are on the first floor
There's a private patio to enjoy here – garden furniture can be found under the stairs but your host does ask that it's returned at night – and in addition, there are communal lawns to the front of the house and communal gardens to the rear
