Holiday Rental Description

The horizon unfolds from the moment you step inside this beach house, nestled right on the coast amidst an exclusive row of private residences fringing Sandgate.

In winter months, curl up beside the wood burner with its sofa positioned just so to take in those sea views. And when the sun shines, pad out onto the south-easterly facing terrace - it's a showstopper. Thanks to its elevated position, the views of the sea are seemingly endless here. Soak up the rays and seascapes, then fire up the barbecue for dining alfresco.

Inside, the apartment has an open-plan living area awash with crisp whites and dotted with driftwood furniture pieces that nod to the natural surroundings. And there's more sea vistas to be enjoyed from the master suite, which boasts a private balcony. Climb the spiral staircase to discover another charming bedroom and, next door, a rolltop bath adding a touch of luxury.

When it's time to explore more of the coastline, despite its blissfully quiet location, you're not as remote as you may think. The quintessential coastal town of Sandgate is just a six-minute amble away and a little further Folkstone (four-minute drive), where you'll find bustling restaurants and cafes, an artist quarter within it's cobbled streets - and a big old helping of seaside nostalgia.
