The owner was very friendly and when contacted before our visit explained there would be a welcome pack waiting so that there was no need to worry about essentials.. The cottage was clean and everything you required was available. A good location for visiting both coast and country and would be a cottage to go back to.

Exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, a nice relaxing week touring the Kent and Sussex countryside.. The Cottage is 30m from a fast (50mph speed limit), at times busy and noisy B class road, with traffic noise which could be heard even with all windows and doors closed, and so early morning listening to the bird song tinged with traffic was inevitable. In all, good value for money with a nice family and orchard on the same site.

The cottage looked lovely in pictures, and was even better 'in person'.. We took our 5 month old twins on their 1st holiday, only about 60 miles from home, and we really didn't know what to expect having never rented a cottage before, but Brian and Vicki were so welcoming and helpful - thank you.
