Located in a wonderful country spot in Petham, this luxury period cottage – formally a farmstead, offers a cosy break for family holidays or reunions. It’s a great location close to all the action, just a fifteen-minute drive from Folkestone Harbour or the same distance in the opposite direction to the cathedral city of Canterbury. Though complete with all the luxuries, you may not wish to leave this stylish period home – featuring an outdoor heated pool, bar area, hot tub, tennis courts and gym. Your host can even help to arrange dining for more than twelve guests for the finest of dinner parties. Travelling in a bigger group? You may be able to book the farmhouse next door too.

This home is spread over three floors – it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the single sofa bed in the third bedroom
The swimming pool isn't fenced so children will need to be supervised at all times – open from Easter to the end of September
The pool house and bar area is available all year around but only best suited in the summer – this is locked up by 11pm
Your host can provide two cots and two high chairs for free upon request
