Herne bay is a fantastic traditional seaside town offering two miles of sand and shingle beach, colourful beach huts, seafront gardens and its very own pier.

The Wildwood Trust is fascinating and offers a wonderful day out for the family as does a sightseeing and history adventure at Recluver Towers & Roman Fort. The seaside museum is well worth a visit and the Central bandstand in the town has regular and varied events throughout the week in the summer months.
