Its conversion into a beach-side hideaway was so impressive that it was featured on George Clarke’s Remarkable Renovations, and it’s easy to see why. Concrete walls are softened by stone grey tones, warm wood, and luxurious furnishings in this stunning home. This is a cosy, comfortable abode with underfloor heating and a log fire. Five floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the surrounding nature reserve – you’ll be perfectly positioned on the Dungeness Estate, on a shingle beach 3 miles into the English Channel.

*There’s off-street parking for two cars here. We recommend bringing a car to get the most out of your stay – the closest shops are 6 miles away.
*Bedroom two is equipped with a king-size bed and two bunk beds above.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours from 11pm-9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted here.

*There isn't a TV here, making it a great option for those who wish to switch off and unplug.
