Once you have finished exploring the area on foot, hop on the nearby Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway to forge the Kent coastline or climb to the top of the Old Dungeness Lighthouse where, if you re lucky, you ll be able to spot the French coastline. The front door at the side of the building opens into a small lobby area for leaving coats and boots.
