For literary lovers - Charles Dickens went to Broadstairs frequently, staying at Bleak House (different and smaller in his day, and then called Fort House). The Dickens House Museum is within walking distance of the apartment itself. The apartment has the added bonus of an enclosed patio where you can sit and eat your breakfast al fresco or enjoy cooking on the barbecue.
