Description

The Warren is a spacious and light-filled cabin, hand-crafted by its' owner, boasting two double bedrooms, each linked to the main living hub with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to connect with the surrounding nature outside. The Warren uses energy-efficient techniques to ensure you have a cosy experience during your stay. The main area is open plan with French doors to a decked area and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Both bedrooms have en-suite wet rooms and are linked to the main hub, equipped with seating in both areas, allowing everyone to enjoy the outside from the comfort of the inside when you are relaxing and watching the world go by! The interiors have been designed with comfort in mind, with some of the smaller pieces of furniture having been made by the owner, and there are many thoughtful touches provided to ensure you have a carefree stay. Outside, there is a seating area with a chiminea and a hot tub with additional seating under a tented canopy and barbecue (Summer months or weather permitting). The hot tub seats 6, so if The Warren and its smaller sister, The Bolthole, are booked together,  it’s definitely roomy enough for everyone! In addition, there is a central area with a shared utility kitchen that houses two washing machines: one for human use and the other is for your doggy towels and blankets, if they require a rinse. There is also a storage cupboard for wet coats and muddy boot and an outside tap for washing muddy paws. The Warren is set amid 10 acres of land, predominantly farmland and neighbouring fields, which form part of a working cattle and sheep farm. There are many footpaths from your doorstep and you can walk to the local pub where dogs are welcome.  There are wildlife cameras set up all around, allowing you to nature-watch, real-time on your TV. Reviews

Great place to stay. Would definitely go back there again.

Miss S,

Lovely accommodation. Owners have thought of everything. Beautiful layout in the Warren. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mr E,

This lodge is located in the beautiful countryside. It is well presented with a highlight of a fantastic hot tub. The most powerful in my experience. I would highly recommend this property. I would also say the owners are lovely and they are there if you need any advice or support. Well positioned for National Trust and some amazing gardens. We were blessed with amazing weather over the week we were there which was the icing on the cake. I am going to stay here again in the future..... no higher compliment than that. Highly recommended.

Mr H,

Beautiful location in the Weald of Kent offering exceptional peace and quite. Sissinghurst Castle and an award winning pub are both walkable or a very short drive. Our thanks to Andrew and Heather for looking after us.

Mrs T,

Lovely owners, lovely place, very friendly dog owned by the owner !

Mr Ashton F,

Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Previous Customer,

We had an amazing time. The owners were very friendly and on hand to assist had we had any questions. The rooms were clean, everything worked the way it should. The enclosed garden was perfect for our German Shepherd and the family used the hot tub every day. We will certainly be coming back in the future.

Mr Conrad P,

The welcome on arrival was very warm. Everything was explained fully and Andrew was very kind. The welcome basket was a lovely welcome also. The Warren was beautiful and a gorgeous location. Hot tub was lovely and clean and a lovely touch to spend the evenings.
