This property enjoys a quiet village location in the village of Whitwell, just two miles from the Isle of Wight s beautiful south coast with its abundance of beaches and warm microclimate.

The village itself is home to a family run pub which is located a ten minute walk from the property, whilst just three miles down the road in Ventnor there is a wide choice of pubs, restaurants, and cafes to choose from, many of which can be found on the town s esplanade. The beach at Ventnor has a fantastic sandy beach, whilst the neighbouring beach at Steephill Cove can only be accessed by foot, and offers a quiet secluded beach with a seafront restaurant and even a resident donkey.
