This lovely villa, with its breath taking views and prime location, is just a short walk onto the promenade and down to the sandy beach of the small resort of Ventnor. From the coastal path you can venture a little further afield, as it leads down to the pretty coastal village of Bonchurch and onwards to Shanklin. Walking westward takes you through Ventnor to some delightful coves and the Ventnor Botanic Garden. This detached villa offers accommodation over three floors. Take the steps up to the front door which opens from the veranda onto the first floor of the house. There is a kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine; a pleasant breakfast area; a well equipped bathroom with a Victorian style roll top bath, built in shower and WC. There is a lovely open plan living area furnished in a country style with seating and a pretty dining area with a TV/DVD. It is a particularly light room with far reaching sea views and French doors that open out onto the veranda. Stairs lead up to the second floor featuring two bedrooms with stunning sea views one twin room and one lovely master bedroom the latter being a large room with double bed, TV and elegant seating area with an attractive Victorian feature fireplace. Moving down two sets of stair to the ground floor there is a third bedroom. This is a pleasant bedroom with sea views, a double and a single bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with Victorian style roll top bath, built in shower and WC. This en suite can also be accessed from the ground floor hallway. On this floor, you ll find a second living area with sea views, TV, Victorian style fireplace and seating; a small kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and hob, refrigerator and breakfast area. A freezer and washer dryer are also provided. French doors open from the ground floor kitchen on to narrow courtyard with a garden table and chairs. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas plus a lovely veranda, this is the ideal property for two families to share. The villa has a walled garden at the front of the property with high hedges and two small areas of lawns and shrubberies. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax with a real Mediterranean feel or enjoy evening meals on the veranda whilst watching the sailing boats pass by. Cars can be parked in a quiet public car park, which is time restricted, a short walk from the property. Alternatively there is restricted roadside parking nearby.
