The Deck Studio is a wonderful apartment in the town of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The apartment has a king-size bed with a couple of chairs, a bathroom with bath, basin and WC, a dressing room and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car, and a decked area with furniture, BBQ and spectacular views over the English channel. The Deck Studio is a superb base for couples looking to enjoy this charming town on the ever-popular Isle of Wight.

All ground floor. One king-size double bedroom. Dressing room. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area.

Area
The Victorian resort of Ventnor is located at the southern end of the Isle of White and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The sandy beaches provide excellent facilities for watersports and offer a range of coastal paths to explore.

Region
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for one car. Decked front terrace with furniture, set at back of main house. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and harbour 15-20 mins walk. Bus stop 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment has lower than average ceilings of 6' 3''. Note: Ventnor is set on a very steep hill, it may take longer to walk back to the property from the beach, shops etc. Note: No babies or children. Note: Although ground floor accommodation, the apartment is accessed down a flight of stairs.

The owners Marilyn and John gave us a very warm welcome .. The studio was very comfortable and cosy and we enjoyed our beautiful view of the sea . All in all a lovely holiday in a beautiful situation. We would warn people that it has very steep roads but there are buses every half an hour up and down! Good walks along the coastal paths with beautiful views .

The accommodation provided here is a lot more spacious than the impression given by the listing information.. This studio flat is very comfortable and generally well-equipped, though the lack of a conventional oven and hob is slightly tricky. Beautiful terrace and sea view. Potential visitors should be prepared for some challenging parking at times, and of course steps. It is a lovely, cosy base both for relaxing and for exploring the area, with welcoming and helpful hosts.

It is slightly longer walking to the beach and Ventnor shops than 10 minutes and the walk is very steep.. However it’s worth the cost alone for the view and the deck! The hospitality of John and Marilyn and the quality of the overall let was fantastic.

A fantastic location overlooking the sea.. Great decking area with three options of seating, plus a BBQ. The inside has everything you need for two and is clean and cosy. Little extras such as blankets and chocolates. Ventnor is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill (and back up again!), but easily accessible by car and the property has parking. Sykes Cottages also great to deal with.
