This lovely stone cottage is beautifully situated in the peaceful hamlet of Roud, within a five minute drive of the picturesque village of Godshill and only a ten minute drive from the coast.The beach resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor are a 15 minute drive away. The hamlet of Roud is surrounded by rolling South Isle of Wight countryside and it is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading to nearby downs, and a particularly scenic walk which follows the course of the River Yar southwards to Niton and eastwards to the coast at Bembridge.
