Osborne House (1.5 miles) is a must visit, offering a tranquil setting where you can stroll through the gardens or marvel at the opulence of the state apartments. Enter this three storey period property through the enclosed porch area, which is a perfect place to drop off beach shoes and wipe clean any muddy paws. From here you are met with a striking hallway leading firstly to an inviting dining room with a large banquet table, an excellent place to debrief after a long day out exploring the island. There is also a beautiful bay window with comfortable seating, ideal for watching the world go by. Heading back into the hallway, you ll find the kitchen which is well equipped with a Range cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and microwave.
