  • "Had to return home on Thursday due to beds being so uncomfortable and my back went into spasms ,on checking the beds the mattress seemed to be very old, pillow cases had marks all over them so went and brought new ones , only 1 towel and tea towel ."

Shower curtain had black mould at the bottom very poor considering the amount of money charged

We are sorry to hear you have had issues during your stay, Had i have known you had issues with the mattress, we could have changed this but you have made no contact with myself regarding your complaint. The pillows themselves are changed every season, they have pillow protectors on them and a pillow case. There is always two hand towels and two tea towels left for each guest, Had i have been made aware of the shower curtain we could have had the caretaker come and replace this straight away.
