This charming half-timbered property is located in an idyllic rural setting, within the grounds of Bearwood House. The property has a lovely garden with rural views and comes with six bicycles, croquet, badminton, boules and other games, an Xbox One S, Bose SoundLink and a good selection of board games. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open fireplace. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property (small additional charge). The New Inn, village shop, delicatessen and farm shop are one mile away in the picturesque "black and white" village of Pembridge. The Cider Barn restaurant is within walking distance while the renowned Stagg Inn is a short drive away. There are numerous festivals throughout the year including the world famous literary Hay Festival, Ludlow Food Festival, Leominster Festival and Presteigne Music Festival. Guests can also play golf at Kington or explore various homes and gardens such as Berrington Hall or Hereford Cathedral.
