A lovely old style cottage up a country lane with bags of room. the owner left out a welcome pack the sponge was delicious theres a barbecue area and large garden.its dog friendly but I came for wildlife so didn't bring a dog there's a gate at the back of the property that leads you straight in to the forest you can hear night jars churring if you leave the bedroom windows open at night. there were a couple of fox cubs visiting at night under the bird table which was amazing and in the daytime greenwoopeckers on the lawn and much more wildlife to mention had an excellent stay here would definitely recommend.

The house was absolutely wonderful and met all of our expectations. The location in the middle of the New Forest couldn't have been better! The house had everything you'd need. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had good nights sleep. Highly recommended this house

A beautiful house situated right on the forest, there is a lovely little pub about 35 Minutes walk.
The forest is just outside the back gate where you can have a beautiful walk and see the new forest pony’s.
The house it’s self is full of character and has a good layout.
The kitchen has most things you need pots, pans, cutlery and plates.
The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are all good sized with multiple bathrooms.
There are decent sized communal rooms with a good space for a large group of people to chill out or play games.
It was very clean and presented well.
The garage has a 4 in one table which was great fun to play air hockey and table tennis.
I would definitely recommend for a group of people to get away and enjoy the forest.
