Holiday Rental Description

Like something out of an Austen novel, this cottage is cosy as can be. We love the interiors – they've got charm in spades. The kitchen may be small, but it has all you need. Upstairs, the main bedroom sits under the eaves and boasts a convenient en-suite. Downstairs, the second bedroom can be set up with two singles or one king bed for ultimate flexibility. Most of all, though, we love the location. Set off for a ramble through the surrounding fields, or hop in the car and head to Winchester, Farnham Castle, or Jane Austen's house – all within easy driving distance.

*The second bedroom can be set up with either two single beds or a super-king. Please let your host know your preference during booking.
*Your host can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request.
*The kitchen here is small, but it has all you need to rustle up meals at home.
*The en-suite main bedroom is upstairs, while a second bedroom and second bathroom are on the ground floor.
*We suggest hiring a car in this location as it's the easiest way to explore. There's parking for up to three cars in the driveway, as well as secure bike storage in the garage.
*Your host has dogs, but there's a fence between the cottage and their house.
*The barn next door, also owned by your host, may occasionally host workshops and other events.
