Found on the peaceful Hayling Island, this former barn has been converted into a gorgeous coastal retreat. Whether you're bringing friends, family, pets, or all three, there's plenty of room across the home's two floors, with a ground floor bedroom (plus en-suite) for any guests with limited mobility and twin beds for any tired little ones. The bright and accommodating living area has its own log burner for colder nights, while on warmer days, you can step out for some rays on the sun deck – or even take a stroll through the pleasant aromas of your own vegetable garden. Only ninety minutes by train from London, there's lots to explore in the local area, from scenic coastal footpaths to water sports at nearby Chichester Harbour.

*Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.
