Located in the beating heart of cosmopolitan London, Whitechapel is where the gleaming office tower blocks of The City give way to the most exciting corner of Tower Hamlets. Near bustling Aldgate East station, this block of luxury flats rises high above the fine Georgian terraces that line the streets below. The apartment is decorated in neutral tones, with mid-century inspired furniture to add a touch of panache. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space and bedroom offer uninterrupted views of the London skyline. At the same time, the mirrored wardrobe does an excellent job of storing your belongings and ensuring plenty of natural light even when the London weather isn't playing ball. The clean and compact kitchen has everything you could need, but when you can go on a culinary voyage to all corners of the globe in restaurants just minutes from your front door, you might find the urge to cook your own dinner slowly ebbing away. Instead, we'd suggest trying out Tayyabs and Lahore Kebab House for mouth-watering flavours served up in a no-nonsense setting – the food definitely takes centre stage here.
