Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Set moments from the thriving boutiques, bars and café scene of High Street Kensington, this is one of London’s most sought-after addresses. While the interiors may feel a little dated for some, it’s all well cared for, and the small private balcony overlooking the leafy quiet street below is a bonus. It’s worth noting this home only welcomes children over twelve years old, and at full occupancy, the last two guests will have to make do with a sofa bed in the lounge. Here for the sights? Travelling about is a cinch with Kensington High Street Underground a two-minute walk away.

Home truths

No children under twelve are permitted, and the lead guest on the booking must be at least twenty-five years old.

This home sleeps four guests, with the last two guests sharing a double sofa bed in the living space. We think this bed is better suited for teens or short stays.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be configured into two singles if preferred.

You’ll share an entrance at this home.

The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no lift access, so be prepared for some steps.

This home is currently on the market, and scheduled viewings may take place during your stay with at least 24 hours' notice.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise from time to time.

Local guide

About Kensington

Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
