And this lovely flat is in the heart of it all, just a three-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Station and five minutes from the iconic Portobello Road. Set on the first floor of a charming blue-painted house, the apartment is as comfortable as it is stylish. Trinkets line the floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, art and photographs hang on the crisp white walls and large windows flood each room with natural light. We love how bright it is – whether you're lounging on the sofa, enjoying dinner around the dining table or waking up in the bedroom, you'll always have the sunlight on your shoulders. Plus, with a fully-equipped kitchen (albeit a compact one) and a roomy living area, this home has everything you'll need for a stay in the capital.

*This flat is on the first floor – there's no lift and the staircase is a bit narrow
*The building isn't well sound-proofed, you may be able to hear your neighbours walking around.
