Tucked away behind a discreet entrance in one of Belgravia’s most refined corners, this lower-ground flat offers a peaceful hideaway just moments from London’s finest boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Thoughtfully designed to feel like a cosy retreat, it pairs warm interiors with a sense of quiet seclusion. The bedroom is calm and inviting, while the open-plan living space is ideal for slow mornings and relaxed evenings in. There are two sofa beds available for extra guests, though space may feel snug at full capacity. And while the Wi-Fi can be patchy, the tranquillity here more than makes up for it.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, four guests will be sleeping on the sofa beds in the living room - the additional price for this will be included in your booking when you input your guest count as 5 or 6.
*Although there is room for six people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of four.
*The flat is located on the lower ground floor, so be prepared to navigate some stairs.
*The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.
*The door handle is due for replacement – it still functions, but take care.
