For those who want to be close to the action, this apartment is ideal. You'll find it nestled between Islington and Shoreditch, putting lively bars, delicous restaurants, vintage shops, and transport links all within easy reach. A desk for remote working makes it an perfect base for digital nomads. The whole place is rather snug (especially the bedroom), but it's undoubtedly stylish – we love the pop of orange alongside dark, moody blues. And though guests three and four can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, we think this home works best for two.
Home truths: *At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. That said, we think it might feel a little cramped, so we'd recommend a maximum guest count of two.
*While the bed makes for a great night's sleep, it does feel a little big for the room. It's pushed against the wall and space is limited, so we wouldn't suggest this apartment for guests wanting a lot of room to spread out.
*There's a desk in the bedroom if you need to work from home.
*Your host can provide portable fans upon request.
*Please note that the hallway of the building is being revamped, including new cupboards and new carpets. As a result, the hallway may look a bit unfinished, and there may be noise during the day when the cupboards are being made.
