Sure, if you’re a party of seven then one guest will draw the short straw and sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but it’s a small price to pay for the location. Just a short walk from Hyde Park, you’re perfectly placed for your morning jog or evening stroll, while city eateries line the local streets when you need a little sustenance. And with a selection of tube stations within easy reach, hopping across London to explore further is a breeze.

*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*If you prefer not to drive, Marylebone station is within walking distance for access to the Bakerloo line. Additionally, nearby Edgware Road, Baker Street, and Marble Arch stations provide access to further tube lines.
*Noise must be kept to a minimum here between 10pm and 9am.
