*A penthouse on the third floor of a majestic Victorian building means quite a few stairs up to the front door and inside the apartment too. It's therefore not suited to those with limited mobility.
*The study which leads out onto the terrace upstairs has a working desk and a weight bench for exercising which you're welcome to use.
*This is the owner's home when it's not being rented out - please treat it as if it were your own. There may be some of their personal belongings on display and some cupboards may be taped.
*The piano in the living room has been removed since the photos were taken.
