This home has been decorated with a personal touch, with lots of tactile soft furnishings in bold colours and patterns. Being a basement flat, it doesn't have masses of light but the charming decor is uplifting and makes up for the lack of light. The semi-covered patio area, accessible via the bedroom, offers an alfresco dining option come the summer months and the vaulted kitchen is a unique feature. All in all, this is a well-sized apartment for two guests in a strongly connected part of London.

* As it's a basement apartment it's not the brightest and the views from the living room are of a wall
* This home is on a busy road so you can expect to hear some passing traffic from the living area
* With the sofa bed in use there isn't much space in the communal area
* The bathroom's extractor fan makes a loud, deep noise in the living room - and takes ten minutes to switch off
* With the dining table moved away from the wall there's not match space to manoeuvre
