Being located on a street famous for its tailoring, it's fitting this home is so smartly curated and most importantly, comfortable. Just like a good suit the home has been impeccably finished. A two-tone linen corner sofa and honey-coloured oak flooring are a couple of the features that caught our eye. The large, private rooftop is a real boon and rarity in such a central location.

*While there's AC in the master bedroom it's not in any other rooms.
*The kitchen is for cooking rather than socialising.
*The lift is only big enough for two people at a time.
*There’s a private member’s club in the same building – it’s perfectly wholesome but there’ll probably be some noise outside at night.
*This property is fitted with a noise detection device – your host politely asks guests to keep the noise down to respect other neighbours in the building.
*There's a club in the building that can be rather noisy.
*You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.
*The sofa is not the most comfortable to lounge and relax on.*Please note that this home is equipped with a sensor that monitors smoke, decibel levels, and occupancy. It's camera-free and doesn't record conversations or store personal data.
