Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Leafy London living awaits at this smart apartment set right in the exclusive heart of Clapham Common. While that belter of a communal garden and informal dining room is shared with the other five boutique apartments housed in this Victorian building, you'll have a private kitchenette and living area, too. It's worth noting that the last guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room – fine for a small family sharing, but it won't suit everyone. Location-wise, you're just a three-minute stroll to the underground to hit the sights. Or keep things local with an amble around Clapham Common – its thriving high street is always an afternoon well-spent.

Home truths
You’ll check into this basement apartment with a keypad and code.
This home is one of six boutique apartments housed in the same building. You'll have direct access to a communal garden and barbecue area. There's also a shared informal dining room and lounge. But if you’re not feeling sociable, there’s a private kitchenette and living area in the apartment, too.
The kitchen is compact with a small fridge, so there’s only room to store essentials. We think it’s better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
Bathroom essentials are provided to help you settle in.
This home is in a central spot, so expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.

About Wandsworth
Wandsworth attracts young families and professionals with its residential streets and open spaces. The Common is a standout attraction here where you'll feel a world away from the busyness of London life. The area is also pretty well-connected with a number of rail stations that will get you into Waterloo and Victoria in around 15 minutes. If you want a bit of piece and quiet while also remaining in touching distance of Central London, Wandsworth could serve you well for your stay.
