We particularly love the industrial style of the home, which reflects its original purpose as a Lipton tea factory, and the surrounding Shoreditch neighbourhood. In terms of location, you have excellent access to London’s bustling financial district, many lively restaurants and bars, and for chilled weekends, the more residential area of Islington is also nearby.

* Due to the built-up and buzzing locale as mentioned above – the bedrooms and communal area can feel slightly noisy
* This is a second-floor flat and there is no lift available, so prepare for some stairs
