Chepstow is known as the “entrance to Wales” and is at the start of a walking routes which follows the entire coastlineIt’s also has recognition as a Walkers are Welcome accredited town, with an annual Walking Festival in March. With museums, castles, National Diving & Activity Centre and the famous Chepstow Racecourse on the doorstep, there’s something for everyone.

• Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner: range cooker with double oven, undercounter fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave and storage. Dining table and 6 chairs, wall-mounted 49 inch Smart TV, sofa (converts to double sofa-bed), two tub-chairs. Bi-fold doors that open onto the terrace with views over the Severn Estuary.
• Master bedroom: double bed can convert into two singles (please choose at time of booking). 43 inch wall-mounted Smart TV, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. 
• Ensuite: shower cubicle with power shower, WC, basin.
• Bedroom 2: twin beds, (one is an accessible bed which has remote controls to set the angle of the bed to suit). Chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
• Bathroom: Jacuzzi bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin.

• Entertainment: wall-mounted 49 inch Smart TV. shared games room. Hot tub.

• For families: 
• Outside: patio area with rattan furniture. Shared area with various types of seating and loungers. The shared games room has a pool table, darts and a wall-mounted TV.
• Parking: off-road parking.

• General: changeover day - Friday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Hot tub.

• Pets: sorry, no pets. 
• Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
• Notes: no smoking. Additional supplement of £30.00 per short break and £50.00 per full week for the hire of the hot tub. The charge only applies to Low, Low and Medium price bands. Refundable Security Deposit of £50 per adult and the charge for the hot tub should be paid to the owner in cash or bank transfer on arrival.
