Home truths

While not all bathrooms are photographed, but we expect consistent quality throughout.

There is one parking space, and an overflow car park nearby. There are three electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first-come, first-use basis.

You'll have access to communal facilities, including the on-site restaurant, gym, spa, tennis courts and pools. It’s worth noting that the outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.

Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October to March due to nesting birds. There’s an alternative canoe launch point located nearby though.

Large single-sex groups aren't permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
