Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This idyllic home offers all that your heart desires. Contemporary on the interior, with a sleek and fresh, yet cosy vibe and a dash of colour in the bedrooms to brighten up your morning. The living room is a terrific communal space for cooking up a storm with friends, but the balcony has to be the star of the show, as you open the floor-to-ceiling doors that flood this home with light – the decking delivers a serene view of the shimmering lake as you relax in the hot tub, surrounded by luscious greenery. Only a four-minute drive brings you into South Cerney, surrounded by calm meadows, yet ideal for a day of splashing about canoeing or paddleboarding – whatever floats your boat. In the opposite direction is Cerney Wick, a nineteen-minute walk away and perfect for a pub lunch at The Crown. When you're in the mood for some adventure, put on your comfies and walk The Cotswold Way for miles of lovely strolls and panoramic views of the countryside. If you're travelling during the summer, go to Hill Barn Farm's Cotswold Lavender farm and spend the day roaming the fields, snapping photos, and enjoying tea and a slice of cake in the Cotswold Lavender tearoom. After all of these activities, return home and relax in the luxury of your own home, gazing over the lakes, enjoying the sunset, and maybe even firing up the barbecue.
