Dreams of experiencing the beautiful Cotswolds countryside from a charming cottage can be realised here in the picturesque village of Ampney Crucis. Recently updated, the home is stylish and modern, with rustic elements in just the right places, like the exposed brickwork and statement oak beams. It is on the smaller side, and the sloping ceilings can make it feel even more cramped for taller guests, but there's a little garden to escape to when you need a good stretch. Visit the Bibury Trout Farm, Westonbirt Arboretum, and Cirencester Polo Club, all minutes away, or venture further afield to explore the charming villages within driving distance.
