Home truths:
*There’s free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home between 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*Spa access is included but subject to availability. Guests also have use of the on-site restaurant and small market shop, with seasonal opening hours.
*Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October to March to protect nesting birds. The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub, closes from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
*This home must be used for holidays only, not for work or commuting. Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed.
*There is an 11pm noise curfew on the estate.
*There are three electric vehicle charging points on the estate – they're available for you to use on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee.
