On the estate, you’ll have access to the award-winning spa, heated pools, tennis courts and Ballihoo restaurant. You can also hire bikes and watercraft, or book a lesson. Whether you're gliding through calm waters or relaxing by the fire, this is a brilliant base for exploring the very best of the Cotswolds.

Home truths:
*There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
*The shared swimming pool is only available for use between Easter and the end of October half-term. Guests also have use of the on-site restaurant and small market shop, with seasonal opening hours.
*The lakes are closed in winter due to low temperatures. Somerford Lagoon is closed from October to March to protect nesting birds.
*Spa access is included but subject to availability.
*Although guests are not allowed to bring pets, one loveable dog sometimes lives at this home. The dog won't be around during your stay, but this means it may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
*The three twin bedrooms can all be made into super king beds on request.
*This home must be used for holidays only, not for work or commuting. Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed.
*There is an 11pm noise curfew on the estate.
*There's an electric vehicle charging point here – it's available for you to use for an additional fee.
