Part of an exclusive holiday estate, shared perks include eight lakes for water sports, three swimming pools, an award-winning spa, and an on-site restaurant. After a little more seclusion? There are hundreds of acres of green space to explore. Then head back home to the privacy of the lodge's two decked terraces or impressive atrium living room with a log burner. The views of the lake are sensational wherever you choose to be.

*While not all bathrooms are photographed, we expect consistent quality throughout.
*A well-behaved dog is welcome to join you at this home.
*There is one parking space and an overflow car park nearby. There are three electric vehicle charging points on the estate.
*You'll have access to communal facilities, including the on-site restaurant, gym, spa, tennis courts and pools. The pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
*Large single-sex groups aren't permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
*Although pictured, this home does not provide a barbecue.
