This 19th-century cottage may come with a lot of history, but it also offers a contemporary sanctuary. From the cosy rooms and soft furnishings to the wood-burning stove, it’s the perfect setting to switch off and enjoy the timeless charm of the Cotswolds. There is also a little garden with apple trees – providing a sweet spot for warm-weather barbecues. Children's amenities can be arranged on request and there is free street parking available outside the cottage. From here, you can follow hiking and cycle trails straight from the door. Plus, it’s just one mile to Stow-on-the-Wold, while Cheltenham is also within easy driving distance.

Please note there are steps leading up to the garden gate from the pavement. You will also find there are steep stairs inside.
The third bedroom is located in the eaves with sloped ceilings. It’s also worth noting the bathroom is slightly dated.
If you’re travelling with children, your host can provide a travel cot, a high chair and a stair gate for free on request. Please bring your own linen for the cot.
There is a Smart TV here with an Amazon Fire Stick – you will need to use your own account to access the streaming services.
Your host provides a starter supply of wood for the fire from October to April only.
