The Falcon Steakhouse, the Star Inn, the Royal Oak Inn, and the supermarkets and convenience stores are all within walking distance of the 17th-century Swan Hotel. Stroud, with its Museum in the Park, Stratford Park, and Stroud Shambles Market, is conveniently located not far from the town.
