The cottage is well situated for visiting the many Cotswold towns and villages as well as the spa towns of Bath and Cheltenham. The area is also well served with a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens that are open throughout the year, along with Westonbirt Arboretum with changing colours throughout the year. Step away from village life and through the gate into the enclosed walled garden, ahead of you a pretty 1800 character cottage awaits, step inside to the cosy lounge with beamed ceilings, exposed stone and inglenook fire place with a warming wood burner, a sofa and two fireside chairs sit perfectly where you can enjoy a good movie on the TV. Step up into the kitchen/diner where the new cottage style kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, Tassimo coffee machine and washer/dryer. Here you will also find a DAB Bluetooth radio. There is a table and chairs set to the side with views onto a small courtyard that's perfect for a morning coffee. Climb the cottage stairs to the first floor where you will find a library/dressing room where you can relax with a good book, and where you will find the steps leading to a romantic king size bedroom. Climb further to the second floor where you will find a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC. The cottage enjoys a small enclosed walled courtyard accessed via the kitchen. The main gardens are to the front of the cottage with a patio area with table and chairs. Free roadside parking is readily available close by however please note that parking is not permitted directly outside the property.
