This home is a lakeside retreat with a lot to offer. From the private deck with a hot tub to the wood-burning fire and luxurious rooms, every detail has been considered to inspire total relaxation. There’s also a private jetty for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming. Plus, the estate offers an incredible range of amenities for you to use throughout your stay – including two heated pools, a spa, gym and a restaurant. Days can be spent following woodland trails, cycling and exploring the surrounding area. From here, it’s just a short drive to some of the prettiest villages in the Cotswolds.

*Please note this home is located within a private estate. Guests have access to the shared swimming pools, spa, gym and restaurants.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots for free on request.
*Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.
*Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.
*Your host uses a third-party platform called Truvi for ID verification and to manage damage deposits independently from Plum Guide. They'll send you a link to fill out when you book.
*Private parking is available for up to three cars, with additional overflow parking available on the estate. An EV charger is also available for electric vehicles.
