Property Description

If you’re a fan of beer, this home is for you. Located within the grounds of a historic brewery, you can sample the local produce while relaxing in the private garden. And while beer might not be everyone’s drink of choice, this home has a range of features that make it the ideal setting for a Cotswold retreat. Inside, you’ll find sociable living spaces, a wood-burning fire and cosy bedrooms. Children’s amenities can be arranged on request, plus there is plenty to explore in the surroundings. Outside, you can meet the two resident peacocks in the garden, stroll around the private lake or adventure further afield to Stow-on-the-Wold – a short drive away.

Home truths:
*Please note this home is located within the grounds of a working brewery and the driveway is shared.
*This home is spread across three floors with low ceilings on the second floor. It’s also possible for the beds to be arranged as doubles or two singles on request.
*The traditional decor in the kitchen and bathrooms feels a little dated. Guests have also reported the cooker in the kitchen can be slow to warm up.
*Your host can provide two travel cots and two highchairs on request. Please bring your own linen.
*If you want to use the barbecue, coal and gas are only supplied between 1st April and 30th September. Logs for the wood burner are supplied between 1st October and 30th April.
*There is private parking for up to four cars.
