Inside, you’ll find the living and sleeping space all on one level, including a cosy sofa that can convert to sleep two guests, and a modern kitchen with everything you need to feed family and friends. A serene spot for a holiday, this home is also a short drive from the shops and pubs of Rye, as well as the golden dunes of Camber Sands and historic Hastings.

*This is a single storey home with all accommodation on the ground floor.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The waste unit at the house can't handle bleach and antibacterial products, so please only use the cleaning products provided by your host.
*Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you.
*There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
