It was beyond perfect.. The location was amazing, just one road away from the beach. It was clean and tidy. All the rooms were lovely, The patio area at the back was a life saver as the weather was so hot. We can`t fault it

An amazing town house, in an excellent position close to the sea and shops, with all that you need inside.. Owners that have gone the extra mile to make the house perfect.

The house was really beautifully decorated for Christmas.. Everything was pristine and laid out perfectly. There were 6 of us staying there some of the time and there was enough space at the dining table and all the rooms. There were great touches such as Christmas decorations on the stairs. Hand soap in bathrooms and egg cups! I am a mad boiled egg person and numerous holiday lets have no egg cups! The owners were lovely jolly people and could not have been kinder. A fantastic rental all round.

Seascape is a really great place to stay.. .it's our fourth visit and it never disappoints. The proximity of the sea and with it ,the lovely walks ,is fantastic. It's great to be able to walk along the beach path to ravensdean shopping centre one way, and on into Hastings or walk as far as The Cooden Beach hotel the other way and get the train back! The house itself is spacious and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay..will definitely return.

The townhouse is in an ideal location.. From the first floor balcony, you can sit and watch the waves crashing on the beach (they were most of last week!). It takes one minute to walk to the beach so the location is perfect. The shops and train station is less than 10 min walk away - we walked to Hastings and caught the train back - very enjoyable. The house has everything you need and more ie twice as many knives, forks and spoons compared to the number of occupants so you can let the dishes stack up and then have a full load in the dishwasher - environmentally good and what you want for your holiday. Beds all comfortable and easy to get the temperature of the property just right - it can be so frustrating when you don't know systems and it ends up being boiling hot or too cold. In October half term there was as much parking as you would like - cannot comment for summer months but getting one car off the street and in front of the house was perfect. Highly recommend.

Seascape was an absolutely gorgeous house.. The location, decor and cleanliness of the property was spot on. There was 4 adults and 2 children aged 7 & 8. The balcony view of the sea was lovely and the kids loved playing with the toys that were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay at this property again.

This was our 3rd holiday in 'Seascape'.. The house is lovely and suits us 4 adults very well. We have spent a lot of time in Bexhilll, and find it an ideal location for walking, visiting NT properties and catching up with friends. 'Seascape' is close to the sea front, the De La Warr pavilion, shops and a variety of restaurants. Ideal for us! We will probably be back again in 2019. Our visit this year coincided with the hot spell. We felt very fortunate! 'Seascape' is a very clean, beautifully equipped, most attractive house. A delightful home from home, even the garden was blossoming while we were there - daffodils, rosemary, bluebells & cherry blossom. Please pass on my thanks, if possible, to Mr & Mrs Morris for their delightful holiday home. We really appreciated our stay there. Stephanie Savage

A beautiful, artfully presented property which was clean, comfortable and classy. There were plenty of storage areas and a lovely garden space at rear. There were beautiful views out to sea from the top floor bedrooms. The distance from Bexhill was a nice ten minute walk away and the neighbour was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Seascape. It is just a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and a leisurely walk to shops with a variety of restaurants. It has excellent, tasteful décor and is very well equipped and clean. The morning sun can be enjoyed on the balcony with a view of the sea, then the pleasant courtyard garden has the sun in the afternoon/early evening. A very happy, relaxing week. We have already booked for next year, so I guess that says it all!

A warm, extremely well furnished house with a balcony from which one can see the sea. Lots of eating places within walking distance. A short drive to Hastings, Rye and Battle. Dungeness is a must-see! Wifi, TV, microwave, cupboard of games for children .... all in all a wonderful rental.

Arrived to a well equipped home. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk upon arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped ( tablecloths, tea towels, washing up liquid etc). The toilets and bathrooms all had toilet rolls and hand soap and towels supplied. The bedrooms had masses of storage space. The lounge had games, dvd player amongst other things. The whole property was clean and tidy. Towels were provided. The fact we had off street parking was great. We used the garage to house the bike we took. The property had lots of local leaflets providing information of events and where to eat, including menus to choose. It had Wi-Fi and an additional tv in one bedroom. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the lounge balcony was of the sea. All in all a very relaxing location with a very comfortable property. We liked the fact it was so close to the beach (stoney) and at the quieter end of Bexhill on Sea. Would consider returning for another holiday. The key safe is useful if more than one family are sharing to allow access.

We loved being in this house! It is modern, clean, cosy and well-equipped! We had EVERYTHING we needed - a real 'home-away-from-home' - so it made our stay easy and enjoyable. Judging by the guest book entries, there have been MANY happy guests staying here. I'm not surprised! I'd recommend it to everyone!

This is a fabulous property which has an extremely well equipped kitchen. The location is brilliant as it is minutes from sea front and town centre. It was cleaned to a very high standard with plenty of the linen and towels of a high quality. There was only two of us staying but ample room for a family. It was an excellent relaxing break and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

The house was lovely, near the beach with good facilities. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. Bexhill has some great shops and restaurants and you can easily get to Hastings and Eastbourne. It's great that the house has off-street parking.

Stayed here for long weekend with family so that we could go to a concert in Eastbourne. Have stayed in Bexhill a few times as friends live nearby usually rent out Paddlers (also on Trip Advisor) but it was fully booked so looked for alternative option. Seascape is a lovely three bedroom town house set just one road back from the beach. Its location is perfect for a family holiday as you can walk to beach and town in a few minutes. The house has good off street parking but also its own parking space on drive. It has good clean facilities and is very nicely decorated. My father contacted the owner a couple of days before start of trip to arrange key pick up and all arrangements were very easy. The only problem we encountered was only having one key between us however we have pointed this out to Sykes and the owner. I would highly recommend the house and hope we will return on one of our next trips.
