A short drive away is the beach at nearby Pett Level (1.5 miles), an ideal spot for bird watching or to see the unique petrified forest. Hastings Old Town (4 miles) is also nearby, full of restaurants, shops, coffee shops and traditional seaside entertainment. A spacious entrance hall welcomes you into this house and guides you through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With two comfy sofas, an armchair, a wood burner and a Smart TV, this is a stylish and cosy room for enjoying a good film after a busy day. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs to ensure there is room for everyone, with the kitchen designed with keen cooks in mind and presents a stunning light and airy space in which to entertain. An island with bar stools is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or chatting whilst dinner is prepared and here you will find an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Just off from the lounge area is a snug with a sofa, bean bags and a Smart TV, perfect for teenagers to chill out or for a peaceful spot to enjoy a good book. There is a king size ground floor bedroom with en suite shower room. Completing the ground floor is a further shower room with a walk in shower and WC and a useful utility area with a washing machine and tumble drier. Heading up to the first floor, you will find three bedrooms all tastefully decorated: a king size, a twin (with zip and link beds that can be made into a king size on request) and a double room that has magnificent views of the local church, along with the family bathroom that offers a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside there is a private courtyard garden that acts as a sun trap for most of the day, where you can enjoy al fresco meals around the patio table and chairs. Just off the courtyard the owners have created a separate doggy boudoir with a wet room, floor drainage and a butler sink with a warm shower attachment for washing off your four legged friends after they ve been for muddy walks.
