This light and airy property is located near to the seafront at Camber Sands, which, as its name suggests, is a beautiful sandy beach, suitable for sandcastle building, beach games or just relaxing.

There is even a dedicated area for kite surfers, where you can either try your hand or simply watch the pros as they navigate the wind and waves. Within a fifteen minute drive of the property is the historic town of Rye, with its cobbled streets, olde worlde pubs, fresh local fish available and interesting array of independent shops, which together make it a lovely day trip destination.
