Stay near the enchanted Ashdown Forest (fictional home of Winnie the Pooh) when you check in to this cosy house. Great for a family break or group getaway, there’s lots of space to make yourself comfortable (although if ten of you are staying, two will sleep on a sofa bed). The kitchen has everything you need to cater for a crowd, but with village pubs serving food nearby, you can easily take a break from cooking. Handily, this home is half an hour from London Gatwick Airport too, making it a convenient place to stay before or after a flight. And with National Trust homes and even the coast within day trip distance, this is a great base for seeing more of the South of England.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the study.
*One of the king-size beds can be converted into two single beds on request.
*Although this home can sleep up to ten guests, there's only space around the dining table for five.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*Free off-road parking is available.
*Your host only accepts Friday check-ins for week-long and weekend bookings, and for three-day weekends during peak holiday periods and bank holidays.
