This property is located close to Eastbourne town centre, in the vibrant and quirky Little Chelsea area, which has dozens of interesting independent shops, as well as a wide selection of pubs, cafes, and restaurants.

To the west of the town, the South Downs National Park boasts some of the south coast s most beautiful countryside and offers amazing views from Beachy Head which lies a rewarding two mile cliff top walk from the edge of town, or alternatively can be reached by bus. Eastbourne itself is the perfect seaside resort for seaside holidays with its wide shingle beaches, the Victorian pier and plenty to amuse the family, including the Sovereign leisure centre and Fort Fun for the little ones.
