This Edwardian family home sits just back from Hove Beach, a five-minute walk to the shore. Follow the promenade into Brighton, a leisurely half-hour stroll along the seafront. Or, hop in the car and be at the vintage shops of The Lanes in just seven minutes. Buses run regularly into Brighton centre from just outside your door here too. A pretty red-brick facade greets you and, stepping inside, the herringbone floors and midnight-blue walls create a classy atmosphere. The main lounge is a vision of old-world charm with gilded mirrors and an original fireplace at its heart – the perfect spot for an evening tipple. While the dine-in kitchen is a huge open space with floor-to-ceiling windows letting the sunlight stream in. We love the dedicated drinks cabinet that feels like your own personal bar. Those feeling active can take advantage of the private gym and yoga space and there's a dedicated office fit for an executive should you need to work remotely. Outside, you can spend sunny days playing ping pong on the deck, or just relaxing with a cold drink on plush rattan sofas while the kids keep busy on the sunken trampoline.

About Hove
Brighton's more laid-back sibling, upmarket Hove, is known more for its Regency architecture, stylish mews and stunning mansions than its close neighbour's hedonism. Colourful beach huts line its stretch of pebble beach, and the seafront is backed by Western Lawns with its skatepark and small lagoon. Enjoy a craft beer at one of the area’s stylish pubs or do some people-watching in the array of cafes. The family-friendly Hove Museum...
