"It was very creepy at first but as we turned on the heating and lights it was better and the kitchen was equipped, there was quiet a lot of dead spiders and the hot tub did seem dirty and dead flies in there too, the owners did mention that it was from the natural waters locally."
I am so sorry regarding your issue with our hot tub. It is an outdoor tub, it is cleaned and serviced before every letting. Unfortunately, despite the cover, insects still gain access, there is nothing we can do regarding this. I can assure you it is clean. I'm glad the feeling you felt on arrival left, once you had put on the lights and heating. Hope this didn't spoil your visit. Property Owner

"Easy to access various seaside towns up and down the coast if driving."
Lovely house with everything you need as well as a fab hot tub. Only downside was no drop kerb for the driveway and its a very narrow street so parking on the drive can be a bit tricky at times.

"Stayed here for a week, over new year’s."
We had a wonderful time. Clean and spacious for 4 people. Had everything we need. Loved the hot tub. Tony was very responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay again the future.

"The house is great stayed here before love the location."
But had a radio last time this has gone really missed it. There were only two towels left in a house that could hold five. Luckily there were just two of us so ok for shower but had to go out and buy towels for hot tub. Windows needed a clean. Water in kitchen was only Luke warm so could not wash pots properly without boiling a kettle. Bathroom light did not work. But we still had a good time all in all ok.
Thank you so much for your feedback. So sorry regarding the radio, we will replace it asap, the other broke. Property Owner

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Auction House."
The area is nice and peaceful and it is so relaxing sitting in the hot tub on an evening. The house is very homely and comfortable with everything you could possibly want to make your stay enjoyable. The little basket of coffee, tea and biscuits is a lovely touch.
Thank you so much for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay, hope to see you again. Property Owner

"We have had a lovely stay in Atwick at the auction house."
Lovely comfortable house to spend a weeks holiday in. You have everything that you need to make it a pleasant stay. Having Netflix and Amazon prime was great for the evenings. Our little dog Alfie loved the back garden making friends with the neighbours dog through the fence. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing after a days exploring. Overall a really lovely relaxing holiday. We hope to visit again next year. Thank you Angie and Tony got the use of your home .

"A fantastic place to have a chilled out holiday."
Quiet village with pub 2 mins walk - friendly locals plus great Sunday lunch. Property also had bonus of Netflix & Amazon Prime. Lovely & clean accommodation, beds were really comfy, instructions on how to find etc spot on and everything in holiday home to make a perfect stay.

"The owner is already aware of the issues raised."
The cleanliness of the property leaves alot to be desired. 2 of the bed pillows were stained, one in particular was the colour of tea it was the filthy - hidden under a pillow protector. Urine and stains on underneath of the toilet seat. Black mould around sink and on windows. Food welded on to kitchen floor, oven mitt covered in dried on food. Just generally unclean. Lots of other issues. We were given a refund by the owner despite his rudeness and blame put on cleaning company. A week after refund was issued, received a rude WhatsApp message saying we had double standards that we had left hot tub dirty - funny that has we never actually used it due to bad weather conditions and the state of the rest of the house. We left after 1 night!! Avoid this property, plenty of others to choose from.

"Loved the hottub and well equipped kitchen."
Would have appreciated a dishwasher more than the washing machine
Thank you for your feedback. As this is our home when not booked, we need a washer more than a dishwasher and unfortunately are not able to facilitate both. So sorry. But hope you use us again. Angie and Tony. Property Owner

"A lovely house in a nice, small village."
A well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable house and to top it off a hot tub! The only thing we felt it was missing was a dishwasher, but maybe we're too used to having one. Although the house may seem basic it is evident that the owners have put a lot of effort into making it feel homely and it's worked. We had a great stay and if we were returning to this area, we would choose this property again.
Thank you so very much. Your feedback is very much appreciated. Unfortunately we can’t facilitate a washing machine and a dishwasher, as this is our home when not on let, a washing machine is more of an essential for us. Sorry!! Hope you return in the future. Angie and Tony Property Owner

"A well presented holiday home with everything you could need available."
It was excellent for the dog as had a good sized garden and places to walk. It is set in a nice quiet but very friendly village not far from beaches or country walks. Would book again.
